Treasure Factory was founded by Eigo Nosaka, the founder president. When he was a student, he saw a lot of furniture and home appliances that were thrown away every day which they were still usable but there was no one to get them. Then he founded this company with the idea of "Creating a society that reuses goods rather than dispose goods".

At the time of founding, reusing goods was not common, but Treasure Factory was one of the first to tackle this issue with an awareness of issues. Unusual in the industry at the time, we incorporated the management of single items, clarification of prices, product cleaning, careful customer service, and product guarantees. As a result, we have created a "new standard" for general reuse shops and have continued to achieve sales growth by winning the support of customers.

In-store purchases are basically sold at the store, and products that enter the distribution center are supplied to new stores and existing stores.

We will strengthen not only in-store purchase but also other purchasing channels to meet more demands. At the same time, we will sell products suitable for online sales on our own websites and expand EC sales.

Sell a variety of products at a variety of business formats at the "the right product in the right place." We are realizing this by expanding our purchasing and sales channels and establishing a product distribution network.

  • Through its diverse purchasing channels including in-store, home-visit, home-delivery, corporate purchases, purchases in moving & removal, and purchases through auctions, the Group has the capacity to purchase products from various categories.
Building a distribution network with hubs at the centers and stores 
  • With its distribution centers in multiple locations in the Kanto and Kansai regions and a network of freight trucks, the Group is capable of stocking large items and mass quantities for home-visit and corporate purchases.
  • By stocking inventory at the centers at all times, the Group can supply inventory to new stores without affecting the performance of existing stores.
System development and data analysis capabilities
  • With its in-house systems development division and subsidiary for system development, the Group develops its own systems, apps, and online sales systems to make improvements quickly.
  • The Group established a system in which data is updated on a real-time basis, data of all bases are shared, and the PDCA cycle based on data analysis is rapidly reflected.
